There are two ways to use it:
COUTHvector
The COUTHvector logo generation program, specifically designed by COUTH, allows you to take full advantage of the vector-based marking system.
This software enables users to quickly and easily generate their own logos and then send them from the PC to the control unit, where they are stored in its memory for future use.
COUTHedit
COUTHedit is the graphical tool for creating and editing marking files for the COUTH control unit.
It allows users to quickly and easily generate their own marking files and send them from the PC to the control unit, where they are stored in the control unit’s memory for future use.
It is possible to perform marking using these files directly from the application itself, either by importing marking data from a database or by entering it manually. It is also possible to modify various general parameters on the control unit and manage the contents of its internal memory.
This accessory for Superfast and Standard dot-peen marking units allows for quick adjustment of the distance from the marker’s punch to the marking area. The total travel range of the micrometer device is 30 mm. Two versions are available: Superfast and Standard.
This accessory, consisting of a vertical column and a motorized column mount, enables automatic marking on surfaces at different heights (0–390 mm), programmable directly from the COUTHsmartbox control electronics.
The motorized column can be used in combination with the turntable or roller rotation device for multiple markings on parts of different diameters and/or on different planes.
The turntable rotation device facilitates marking on rotationally symmetric parts, such as columns, tubes, shafts, bearings, etc.
