Its systems integrate machine vision, artificial intelligence, and deep learning technologies to automate quality inspection, verify components, identify products, and improve operational efficiency without compromising line performance.

COUTH R&D is the group’s core research and innovation unit.
Its work focuses on developing new technologies related to industrial marking, intelligent machine vision, process digitization, and advanced traceability, transforming applied research into solutions that have a direct impact on the industry.
Its recent accreditation as a Corporate R&D Unit within the Basque Network for Science, Technology, and Innovation recognizes COUTH R&D’s ability to generate technological knowledge, lead innovation projects, and collaborate with technology centers, universities, and other stakeholders in the industrial ecosystem.
This enables the solutions developed by the group to evolve continuously in order to address the new challenges of Industry 4.0, automation, and the digitization of production processes.
