MCEdiT² Software

MCEdiT², a marking file editing software application specially designed by COUTH for use with the MC 2000T² controller, enables users to create marking files from a PC quickly, easily and comfortably.

With this software, users can see the marking area and the aspect of the project as marked in real time (WYSIWYG).
It is also possible to change various marking parameters graphically thanks to the user-friendly working environment. After generating a marking project, the user can either send the resultant file to the controller for further storage or carry out the marking process from the PC.

Finally, this software application serves to manage the files stored in the controller memory, i.e. to transfer marking and logo files from the PC to the controller or from the controller to the PC, and to delete them from the controller. The file management function is an ideal complement to the SD memory card of the controller for backing up files or, where appropriate, for copying the contents of one controller into another.
 
 


MCVector Software

MCVector, a logo creation software, permits making the best of the MC 2000T² controller’s vector definition marking system.

With this software application, users can create their own logos quickly and easily, by simply importing a CAD picture or design of the logo (DXF file) and drawing on it.

When finished, the logo can be transmitted from the PC to the controller and stored in the controller memory for future use.

As used on the MC 2000T² controller, the vector marking system ensures that every logo created this way is valid for any COUTH marking machine without any loss of resolution or definition of the logo. Moreover, when generating the logo, there is no need for adjusting any parameter according to the marking unit that has to print it.
